tectm is a construction contract administration platform that provides tools for managing payment claims, site diaries, variations, contract letters, and documents. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
